Fitness at Shaughnessy

In 1998 Shaughnessy opened its Fitness Centre, equipped with many pieces of training equipment. The Fitness Centre is located in a bright, garden-like setting with floor to ceiling windows letting the users enjoy the surrounding trees, bushes and flowers.
